You can get auto-renewal service only on the stripe and PayPal payment method. It is not supported by Bangladeshi local payment methods yet. But if you want, you can also add credits to your account so that your services will be automatically renewed on the expiry date. It is a handy feature to keep your services running even if you forget to pay for the services on time (even though we send multiple reminders to your email before the expiry date, you never know how you might miss the payment date). If you want to add the auto-renewal feature to the payment method of your IT Nut Hosting Account in this approved payment method, you can follow the guideline below:

How To Add Credit Card In Payment Method

  • First login to your client area.
  • Next, click on the Account down arrow button above the dashboard and click the “Payment Methods” button.

Click the “Add New Credit Card” button to add a new credit card.

Now you will see the screen like the screenshot shown below. Fill up all your credit card information and click on the “Save Changes” button with the credit card payment-related information.

Note: To activate or use this auto-renewal service feature, all the information in the IT Nut Hosting Client Area Account and Credit Card Account must be the same. This feature will not work if the same person or information in your client area account is not the same as the card.

If you want to disable the auto-renewal feature on the supported payment methods, just let us know by opening a support ticket and we will change it for you. Or you can disable this feature by following that guideline.

Note: No data related to your card account is stored on our servers. We use Stripe and PayPal payment gateway which are internationally recognized auto-renewal features. So you can take advantage of this feature without hesitation.
