You are currently viewing How to install WordPress using WordPress Toolkit?

WordPress is one of the most widely used content management systems worldwide. About 40% of the world’s websites are created using WordPress CMS. Since so many websites are being created with WordPress, to make this task easier, cPanel has launched a new application called WordPress Toolkit. If you do not have WordPress Toolkit in your cPanel, you can contact your Hosting Provider and activate it on your cPanel.

Using WordPress Toolkit, you can easily install WordPress in your domain with just one click. You can install WordPress using the WordPress Toolkit by following the steps shown below.

First login to your cPanel.

Then scroll down or search typing WordPress Toolkit in the search bar. You will see the WordPress Toolkit option in the Domains section. Click on it.

Now you can see two options: Install and Scan. You can install the new WordPress in your domain by clicking on the Install option and by clicking on the Scan option you can bring the website that already has WordPress Install and is not showing in the list.

If you want to install WordPress click on Install WordPress.

Then you will see some information and some settings

General section: Select your Installation path like Domain, Website title, Plugin/theme, Website language, and Version, etc.

WordPress Administrator: From here you can change the Login User Name, Password, and Email or keep it as they are. If you want, you can log in using WordPress Toolkit without a User ID & Password.

Database: Here you can see Database name, Database table prefix, Database user name, and database user password. You can change them and also can be left as it is.

Automatic Update Settings: Here, if you want to Auto Update your installed WordPress, Theme, and Plugins, you can click Enable or you can leave it as it is and click on Install.

Now WordPress Install will start in your Selected Domain. You can see the Progress window on the left side.

When the installation is complete, a pop window will appear in front of you. If you don’t want to install any plugins right now, click No-Thanks.

Now you can control and view all the information, Manage, Update, Security, Health, Plugins, Themes, Database, etc. of your Website from this one place.

New WordPress Install Completed in your domain. Now you can check and manage almost everything of your WordPress from the WordPress Toolkit.
