PLEASE READ THESE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By registering for the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please don’t registering our affiliate program.

1.0 Introduction

1.1 These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) are a legal agreement between the affiliate program participant (the “Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”), and IT Nut Hosting (we, us, our). We provide Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, Business Email and Domain Registration services.

1.2 You represent, warrant, and agree that you are joining the Program on behalf of an organization, entity, person, or group that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such organization’s, entity’s, or group’s behalf.

1.3 Updates to the Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by revising the date at the bottom of these Terms.

2.0 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 IT Nut Hosting may approve or deny any application for membership in the Program for any lawful reason or no reason.

2.2 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or any higher minimum age in the jurisdiction where you reside, to register for an affiliate Program account.

2.3 You Have to share the affiliate promotion strategies with us to activate the affiliate account.

 2.4 IT Nut Hosting doesn’t support any coupon listing site for affiliate promotion.

3.0 Affiliate Restrictions

3.1 Participant (you) can’t share the affiliate link to any spammy environment or website.

3.2 Participant (you) can’t share the affiliate link to any social media comment like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and more.

3.3 Participants (you) can’t use the affiliate link to any coupon listing site.

3.4 Promotor can’t use his/her own affiliate link to purchase his/her product or service. also, he can’t use a different account for this.

3.5 Promotor (you) can share the affiliate links of IT Nut Hosting may only in Blog Posts, Landing pages, Ads, and Video Content.

4.0 Termination

4.1 If an Affiliate (you) violent any of the rules under 3.0 then IT Nut Hosting can reserve the right to hold/suspend/terminate the affiliate account. also, reserve the right to suspend/terminate the affiliated services without any notification and IT Nut Hosting is not obligated to refund those services. Even the user can’t claim any refund/dispute for that service. It even retains the ability to forfeit the balance in its affiliate account.

By agreeing to the Terms Of Service & Privacy Policy on this page, you will be deemed to agree to all Terms Of Service & Privacy Policy linked from this page. Such as Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy and Fair Usage Policy.

IT Nut Hosting Reserves the right to review, update, or modify the terms in the terms of services without any further notice.
